Nutrition Complications

Tracks activities & water info from Health app with an activity colour-coded complication and text, customizable tracking limits & low levels notifications.

Nutrition Complications is a standalone Apple Watch Application.

Allows to track nutrition facts such as calories, carbs, fat, fiber, protein, cholesterol, sodium and water from Health or Nutrition+ apps integration to Health app or optional integration to Nutrition+ app via https://glucoseplusapp.com user's account, thus adding an extra colour-coded complication to track an additional nutrition fact level.

Allows to add water readings quickly to Health app and to Nutrition+ app.

Allows to customize nutrition facts tracking limits for both apps used by the complication and rings. The complication could display any current nutrition fact level as per user's convenience, the app automatically syncs the latest levels keeping the complication updated both the number and the colourful gauge.

Apple Watch notifies accordingly high or low levels of the current nutrition fact being tracked, also advises by voice when app is active.

Finally it displays all and every current nutrition fact level colour-coded rings in one shot and individually displaying its current reached level percentage.
