I've had a Shop for over four years but can no longer access it. Support is like an illiterate robot that asks for the same information that I've already provided and is no help whatsoever. I have sales that I can't process because of this - my shop is still active, I'm not banned, but the Shop Manager access is completely missing from my account. I recommend avoiding Etsy if you're a seller and use eBay instead.
