Users praise the app for precise locations, progress tracking, and helpful labels/visuals, with no IAPs. However, reliability issues are widespread: the map frequently won’t load (white or blank screen), crashes occur, and the app seems outdated. Some users can access the map on the website but not in the app. Fixing loading reliability and updating the app are the top needs.

Pros

Accurate locations and guidance on how/where to obtain items in Genshin Impact.
Easy to track progress and mark off found items.
Labels with pictures help identify locations when you tap them.

Cons

Map repeatedly fails to load, showing a white/blank screen with icons only.
App crashes on launch or is very unstable.
App appears outdated and hasn't been updated for years (stuck on an old version).
In some cases the website version works while the mobile app does not.

Would not work the newest iPhone 17 that is updated. When clicking on this app it pops up for a second then closes out. The other interactive map in the App Store for Genshin works fine now… along with other interactive maps for other games I currently have and use often. Disappointed, this one looked to be of better quality.
