However, several recurring issues undermine the experience: billing and renewal problems, crashes on various devices, saving/exporting videos lag, and slow or unresponsive support. The concept is strong and emotionally rewarding, but stability and billing transparency need improvement.

I have been using the free version for a few years and I’m about to buy it all! This is SUCH a creative way to read to my Grandchildren now that they moved across country with the Military! Bonus.. They get to keep it and always play it back when they miss me!! Thank you for this and making it SO easy to use!
