For an orchestra with Cleveland’s reputation, you’d think they could manage the bare minimum of competent tech support. Yet here I am, after requesting over half a dozen login codes, still unable to get their app to function on my Apple TV. It’s absurd, it’s amateurish, and it’s enough to make me seriously consider demanding a refund.
