ORDERING

1. Pick a delivery location from your ship-to list
2. Enter gallons for each product available at that site
3. Choose a delivery date and a time window
4. Review the order on one screen and submit
5. Get your order number right away

Time windows run early morning, late morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, anytime, or after 6 PM.

MARKET WATCH

Turn on Market Watch and your Ports sales rep follows the market for you, timing your load before or after the 6 PM price change, whichever works out better for you. Whether a load can be market watched depends on what time of day it goes in. It's a free service for Ports customers and it takes one tap while you order.

ORDER STATUS

Every order carries a status you can read at a glance: received, processed, out for delivery, delivered, then invoiced.

Recent orders sit on the home screen. Search your full history by date range when you need to go further back.

INVOICES AND PAYMENT

Search by invoice number, ship-to name or account number. Filter by date range. Open an invoice to see line items, gallons, unit price, due date and total, then tap Pay Now to pay through the secure Ports payment portal.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Switch between bill-to accounts without signing out. Each one keeps its own ship-to locations, orders and invoices.
