I want to give a shout out to the employees of this car wash. They are so friendly and caring. I’ve been a member here for over a year now and I’m always greeted so nicely. On August 27th, I met the owner of this car wash. He was so nice and caring and I left in tears. I was actually embarrassed because I wanted to suspend my car washes for the month of September because I didn’t have enough money to pay for it. I have been using this car wash for 5 years and buy their basis wash for the Winter months. Good clean truck wash overall but not the tailgate area. I have been having a problem with the app and they never answer their phone to provide help to fix it. The workers keep telling me my app isn’t working properly but still continue to scan my iPhone and give me a wash which is free. I would like to clear up this matter and pay for my membership.
