2024-05-28	La*****	I’ve never been so disappointed with a reading app before. Not because of the app itself per say, but the ethics of the administrators / editors. I literally have it three months to see some kind of assistance with promoting (I do my own typically) but you’d think that bc you sign a contract that stipulates some amount of marketing and promotion from the company that they would adhere to their own terms. Even though I saw little to no featuring or posting, I stuck with it. They’re “help” has two different emails that one answers you but don’t handle author issues. Yet, the one email that handles author issues NEVER answers you. When I finally asked to have my book removed from their site and I want OUT OF MY contract, do you think they responded? If you said no, you’d be right! If you’re an author I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your publishing purposes. They failed to deliver on two sections of the contract I signed. If I didn’t follow my side, they’d have no problem with penalizing me. But they don’t want to hear from the author if you call them out on their failures.

2024-03-08	Ch*****	I’m not opposed to spending money on books. I’ve even paid up to almost $50 for some books. But this app should be sorting out or refunding for some books. You are charged for duplicate chapters. And no refund. Next thing you’re paying more to read chapters you’ve already read waste of money.

However almost every story that I have begun, has had multiple errors and grammar mistakes. It is very frustrating and makes it difficult for me to read and hold interest. Please fix errors!
