App does not work keeps disconnecting reconnecting bought this fan and now cant return it useless to have an app for a fan do not recommend this app

While I was able to connect to the fan easily and use Alexa just fine, for some reason I cannot use the manual switch anymore. I don’t always want to speak to turn on/off the light and fan or to time the lights. I should be able to use the manual switches for it but now it doesn’t work at all. Now I have to disconnect from Alexa just to use the manual switches again. Useless!!
