The basic functionality of booking an appointment on this app, does not work. So I called the call centre only to be told that it was booked and don’t worry. Next day, I called back and they can’t find the appointment. Then she tells me no, it has been found, I am just too impatient?! But I have not received any sms or email confirmation of the appointment. So of course I’m going to chase them up. I’m sitting at home waiting Then she tells me actually I should be chasing RSAWeb not Openserve ? What a joke
