played it once and it seemed, but it got stuck on the start screen anytime I tried to play it again

I have played HUNDREDS of mobile games. I at all times have at least 50-60 games downloaded. This is by far my favorite mobile game I have ever played. It’s simple but challenging. I love the dialogue and the character designs! It’s ALMOST perfect for me. The only problem is I’ve lost my save like 9 times because the game will just stop opening and I have to reinstall. I’m sure since the last update was a year ago the dev/devs have left this game to rot. It’s so unfortunate for such a great game to be left unloved. I will always love you ASC.

I was really enjoying this game until it stopped opening. I've off loaded the app, deleted reinstall and restarted my phone. It's just not working anymore. Something wing with your servers I'm assuming. Edit: uninstall and reinstall seemed to work. Except I forgot to save my progress or just don't know how to. But I'm just hoping it doesn't freeze up on the loading screen again.
