At Groove Fitness, we believe that people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels can have fun working out. Through our variety of fitness classes (from dancing to boxing/Pilates to step aerobics to active older adult classes) we truly have something for everyone.

Groove Fitness started as a single-room studio in a small town in Central Pennsylvania. We've grown to offer online recorded and live stream classes so you can workout whenever and wherever you want! For us, Groove Fitness is more than just a gym, or just an app, Groove is a family and we want you to be a part of it!

Our app offers a full library of classes for streaming , purchase, or rent. Plus, we offer multiple live stream classes per week. Sign up and check it out for yourself!

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Groove Fitness on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

• All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.
