Lock was working perfectly. Then they created a firmware update. The update doesn’t work and the lock won’t work without the update. Frustrating

I received and set up two of these locks today, and they work exactly as described. Yes, the English could use some revision in many areas of the instructions, but I didn’t even need to read them as the set up was basic for anyone who has ever set up a fingerprint on an iPhone. So far I am happy with this purchase.
