A DEXA scan shows you where you are today. FitTrace Sync helps you understand how you got there and where you're headed.

FitTrace Sync analyzes your DEXA scans and provides insights about your health, fitness, and athletic performance. Synchronize DEXA body composition measurements with activity, nutrition, and other health data to learn how your lifestyle influences your body. See how your habits influence changes in body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, and other DEXA measurements over time.

Need help meeting your goals? The AI Assistant provides personalized recommendations based on your DEXA measurements. Or connect with a Human Assistant—a fitness or wellness professional—for one-on-one guidance.

Your scans are electronically transferred to you via FitTrace with participating DEXA facilities. Ask your facility if they work with FitTrace.

You may also manually input your DEXA scan data from DEXA printouts. Manual scan entry is available as an in-app purchase.

Nicely formatted and easy-to-understand reports are included. Print reports directly from your iPhone. Compare your body composition to others of the same age and gender with percentile rankings based on real-world DEXA data.

Upload your DEXA data to Apple Health. The following DEXA variables are available: weight, body fat percentage, lean mass, and BMI. Note that FitTrace Sync uses your DEXA total mass for weight and to calculate BMI. Also, Apple Health's definition of lean body mass corresponds to fat-free mass in FitTrace.

For subscribers, you may:

• Ask the AI Assistant for recommendations. • See how activity and nutrition (from Apple Health) correlate with your DEXA body composition. • Share your scans with others, such as trainers, nutritionists, and physicians. • Access shared scans and add notes to scans. • Track over two hundred DEXA-related variables. • Compare your DEXA scans with athletes in over a dozen sports.
