Restaurant increase their normal price so seems like we getting discounts but it’s a fool

I paid through katch app through farej swaleh, later farej sawleh guy asked me to pay again , i paid when i said to katch why was i charged again by catch they said bot our concern, better stay away from startups, all there customer support chat data was wiped , not sure what they are doing
