User Reviews

User sentiment is mixed. The app offers centralized workout tracking for treadmill and bike and Strava sharing, with occasional improvements that ease device pairing. However repeated reviews cite major reliability problems after updates, including poor device syncing, inaccurate or missing data, login and purchase issues, and removal or redesign of features. Background syncing to Apple Health is often broken and the UI can be unwieldy. Overall, while it has useful capabilities, reliability and data integrity are repeatedly cited as serious concerns.
Pros
  • Tracks treadmill and bike workouts in one app, providing a central history.
  • Allows sharing or exporting workouts to Strava.
  • Some treadmill models auto connect after updates, simplifying setup.
  • Helpful for planning workouts and deciding what to do next.
  • Bug fixes in some updates improved stability.
Cons
  • Ongoing connectivity and syncing issues with treadmills, bikes, Apple Health, and Strava.
  • Workouts and data can be lost or reset after updates, leaving history empty or zeroed stats.
  • Sign in problems and loss of purchases or account access after updates.
• Removed or changed features and a harder to use UI, with limited sharing options.
  • App instability and crashes, plus inaccurate metrics such as wrong distance or heart rate data.

Can literally tell it to turn on the treadmill and set speed/incline. That's basically it. No stats (it barely records workouts without gaps/missing sessions). The treadmill itself is hot garbage, the fan is so weak it can't create airflow 2" from the vent, the arms are flimsy and rattle back and forth, the quick adjust dials (speed/incline) are so cheap they regularly confuse increment/decrement inputs if you spin them quick... like a quick-adjust dial. They also love to skip multiple levels because the detents suck. The disabled firmware updates OTA from the app for the treadmill because it, like everything else for the unit, was broken (it would just endless update-loop). My Cushion Flex 2.0 deck is already squealing/rattling apart after 2 months with only 2 actual run sessions (the rest walking). I thought the cuts they made (like no screen) were strategic so they could keep the price-point low while improving other areas but it's looking like the whole treadmill is just hot garbage. Big miss, I'll probably never buy another consumer treadmill and just use the one at my gym.

When I first used this app I was able to create my own workout and set the max time and resistance level. Now That’s no longer available in the app so it’s useless to me. Please bring that feature back.
