TallyFlex is an all-in-one ABA data collection app that replaces paper data sheets and clipboards. It helps BCBAs, RBTs, special educators, speech pathologists, and behavior specialists collect ABA data faster and more accurately. Used in clinics, schools, and home-based programs, the app is HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant. Track ABC data for functional behavior assessments, plus frequency and duration, interval recording with automatic timers, latency, percent correct, task analysis, and prompt codes. You can work with multiple behaviors in the same session, so your data reflect real practice.

Across settings, the data collection methods stay the same. A session timeline shows exactly when behaviors happened, and you can export PDFs for IEPs, parent updates, or supervision notes. It works offline and syncs when back online. Data security includes encryption at rest and in transit with Google Cloud and a signed HIPAA agreement. Pricing includes a Free plan for up to 2 active clients and a Solo plan for individuals.

I have used this app for over a year as an SLPA for data collections in session. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone! I understand the need to monetize but please consider offering a “lite” subscription for SLPAs or BCaBAs who do not need the graphs, ABC data, or other report assisting tools. I absolutely rely on the app for my data collections in home health EI for frequency, percentage, and note taking (recording language samples). I hope you may consider my request- I truly appreciate your dedication to making this app great for those who support the neurodivergent community. -an SLPA

Quick and helpful responses when emailing support for small hiccups in exporting data reports and comprehensive reports. Great for visual reports and quick data tracking! (Week 3 demo)

I am a behavior tech in the school system and have been using this app for several years. I went to use it this school year and it had been updated to a newer version since over the summer. It had listed old students I worked with so I wanted to delete their data and enter my new student, but it refused to allow me to add a student even though it said I could add up to 2 students with the free version I was using. It gave me no option to add a student. I even tried to see about upgrading my account and it wouldn’t LET ME 🤷🏼‍♀️. I asked for a password retrieval, but the email to do it never came through. I tried creating a new account with a new email, but the screen that says it needs to verify your email is just…stuck. The email never comes and then it says that my account was temporarily disabled. Now it just keeps saying it can’t verify my account. Can someone who made this app figure out why it now won’t let me use it at ALL even if I upgraded it (which it won’t let me do 🤷🏼‍♀️😂🙄). Beyond frustrated! I’ve recommended this app to all my colleagues and now I can’t even use it 😩 EDIT:: I was able to contact TallyFlex through email and they PROMPTLY got on to it and were able to get me back into my account immediately! Excellent customer service!! Thanks, David!
