For anyone looking to cancel their subscription and not just pause it, contact the email hello@system2.fitness. I had to do some digging (since the app doesn’t make it easy to find that out, they’ll only pause it for a month) but found out this is how to get your subscription cancelled.
The app was fine in my experience but it was too expensive per month and it did start to feel less 1:1 and just automated. I did say I got the same phone call from”Samuel,” my coach’s “assistant” about signing up right away for 3 or 6 months or I would lose my or opportunity. Do I think the workouts are good? Yes, actually. I’ve noticed a change in my body and my clothes have become looser. Do I think it’s less involved individually and personally than they say it is? Yes.
I say all of this to say proceed at your own risk.

I have been on a couple days with a trainer that advertised a 6 week boot camp the app is not user friendly there is no direct connection that I see to the trainer I get alerts that the trainer is communicating but no where do I see actually threads I did my check in and cannot find my pic and measurements I will continue my workouts but I think when this 6 weeks is over and this same experience has continued I’ll be cancelling this service I was so motivated but this is too frustrating and should not be the case one star because I have to do that to upload this comment
