Users generally like the Mibro Fit watch faces and view the watch/app positively, with some praise for the watch being awesome and responsive support. However, the most common issues are on iOS: frequent disconnections between the watch and iPhone, compatibility problems with newer iOS versions (including iOS 18) and login issues, as well as crashes, difficulty installing or updating watch faces, and unreliable notifications.
