I have been trying to end my daughter’s subscription for awhile but the money wasn’t pulling from my account so I let it go. I couldn’t do it in the app because it won’t let you do ANYTHING if you haven’t paid. The money recently pulled and I let that go and decided I’d finally go ahead and cancel it. Nope. The app is still asking me to rerun payment. I have reached out to the company via their website and Facebook. We’ll see how they get this fixed.
