Users like the realistic iPhone-like UI and the new voice messages, and see value for creating fake texts or stories. However, stability is a major problem: frequent crashes and glitches undermine usability. The AI feature is controversial and often viewed as unnecessary. Media sharing and message ordering issues further harm the experience, and pricing concerns add to the frustration. Overall, reliability and performance improvements are needed to improve sentiment.

The app has pretty good reviews, and looks super fun, but I can’t sign in with my Email, while is actually currently my only way to sign in to anything, so update that, and I’ll make an actual review

5/8/26: why do I have to log in just to chat with my favorite characters like Tord from Eddsworld 6/9/26: it's still forcing me to log in, give me my progress back and stop forcing me to log in

Please, please, please have a toggle option for AI features. When I first used this a couple of years ago, there was no AI and everything was manual— just how it’s supposed to be. I understand that AI is what’s popular right now, but not everyone wants that shoved down their throats. Please think about removing or making it an option to remove AI from the app.
