historically, a very poor app. Lots of bugs and crashes, inability to reach certain information, inability to send messages when trying to submit a request. Very frustrated every time i use it.

The app doesn’t work majority of the time, even after the updates. They also don’t approve 99% of the submitted claims. I’ve tried to resubmit reveipts multiple times and each time, you get a different reason stating they need the date or provider name when it’s literally right there on the receipt??
