I found that you need to seek Jean Louis Bonaparte at the west end of the game, at a castle. Save up money from ads and you can get new cards.

I can’t get new cards I don’t know where the shop is at

Too many advertisements for a really old format of Yugioh should really be shutdown for copyright stealing assets and putting in 20 ads per duel please stay far away from this game.
