Their billing is insane. lol It has no logic to it. E.g. You will lapse on the 15th of May (maybe you don’t have time for the platform that month) and renew on the 3rd of June…then come the 15th of June your account claims its past due and you can’t even log in. Support is awful. Holly is probably the worst to deal with lol

Use your own app every day and see how poor it is. Chart settings don’t persist have to keep setting them over and over again the premarket scan works when it feels like it not this morning maybe it will work tomorrow morning.
