El servicio al cliente no es el mejor. Aún sigo en espera de que me respondan. La aplicación no cuenta con atención directa o maneras de reportar algún incidente con el local, la comida o la entrega. No hay muchas opciones aún. Tampoco provee en tiempo real la información del pedido o la entrega. Le he dado varias oportunidades pero tan pronto se resuelva el incidente borro el app.
