Recent reviews

The old app was working just fine (most of the time) and now the new update I downloaded won’t even let me log in after asking for secure pass code which I provided. How can you release an update that is worse than the last?? If you guys don’t know how to build apps on your own, go and hire people who do! You’re a multi billion dollar company and yet your app is still so terrible? Every one of you at UBA should be ashamed of yourselves.

This bank app is deeply useless and frustrating. It’s of no regard to urgencies nor timeliness with which to get a transaction done and move on. In probable attempt to be secure and safety conscious the bank frustrated their customers more. Every bank seems to give their customers best efficiency experience, not UBA. They should go learn from GTB, Access, Zenith and grow up. Terrible.
