The app works as a handy card browser and deck-building companion with reusable decks and simple controls, but it misses core features (in-app deck building, robust search and filters, and smooth login) and relies on an external site for many tasks. Deck updates, counters, and collection management are not well integrated, leaving many users frustrated despite some positive aspects.

Pros

It serves as a convenient deck-building companion with card viewing as you go.
You can view and reuse older user-created decks within the app.
The controls are user-friendly and make deck-building easier.
Keeps lists so you can remake or reference decks.
Dedicated app for browsing Marvel Champions cards offers a standalone experience.

Cons

No in-app deck creation or saving; you must use the external MarvelCDB site (login and deck creation flow redirects outside the app).
No search feature and limited filtering/collection management; difficult to find cards, heroes, or decks.
Login/authorization flow is clunky, with forced account creation and browser prompts that are hard to navigate.
Heavy reliance on MarvelCDB; decks don’t sync/updat e well within the app.
Counter features are outdated or limited, not tracking schemes or updated villains beyond base content.

I bought this App for $1.99 in order to manage my Marvel Champions Content, however it was not what I expected. The App forces you to create an account on their website, first and foremost. This wouldn’t be a problem if not for the fact that you can’t use the “Create a Deck” option. There is an option in the app but every time you select the deck to add starting with the Hero, it takes you out of the app and forces you to click an “Allow” or “Deny” option in a web browser. There is no text explaining what you are allowing or denying. Once you select “Allow” it takes you back to the App, it just reloads the tab you were on previously and doesn’t move forward to begin creating a deck. Secondarily, the UI isn’t great as the list of heroes isn’t placed on the app in alphabetical order so you have to search for the hero you are looking for which is frustrating with the amount of heroes there are already are in the genre. Lastly, the counters tab only has the base game villains and is just a health tracker instead of a virtual counter to use during play for schemes threat, status effect manager, and villain/minion/hero health. You’re not saving any fiddly nature or table space with this. The only positive is the ability to download/view older user created decks if you want to try them out on your own. Definitely a very bad app based on all of the things mentioned above. Highly recommend avoiding this and looking for something else.

Firstly, this is not a post to complain about the app. I genuinely appreciate having it. I was just hoping that the creator could possibly add an “add character”function so that we as users can manually input the villains we wish to use in the “Counters” section. That way we can just click on that villain instead of using the existing villains and manipulating their health pools to match the villain we wish to face. this could work with the heroes as well. But otherwise thank you for making this app
