App doesn’t work. I initially signed up for the one time, introductory hour for voice lessons but apparently will be billed weekly for one hour of guitar lessons instead, unless I can get them to stop. The app won’t let me cancel or change the type of lesson. When they respond to me about it they keep pushing for me take my lesson and want to gather more information, like my address and don’t address my concern about being billed regularly when that’s not what I signed up for. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Great opportunity for great teacher but awful app. I’m afraid I’ll have to take more drastic measures to get my money back especially if they start stealing it weekly.
