Unreliable Bluetooth/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity; the app frequently disconnects or won’t stay connected to the lights.

Clunky, buggy app UX: black screens, captcha/account issues, misspelled text, and even language/navigation inconsistencies.
Limited app features and control; DIY and timer features are unreliable or don’t apply properly; limited range and frequent frustration with the app compared to using the remote.

Recent reviews

When I scanned the QR code and got the app, I went to add device and had 5 options that said “LED strips” underneath to choose from, I clicked all of them to try and connect them to see if they would but but did not. On top of that, when I went to create an account I put in my email and pressed “obtain” then it said succes with a check symbol and looked for an email or text and never received one in the minute time frame it gives. It’s either my iPhone 16 took too long or it doesn’t send it in a good amount of time. Other than thought the lights work great and the remote has good reach.

Had the led light for 3 years and have lost the remote 7 times so I just got the app TODAY and it was goo for about half the day then it went wrong. I had tried to change the color and the color is on the opposite side of the color wheel…AND then I was like whatever I’ll just change the brightness. IT WAS CHANGING THE DAMN COLOR of the lights instead of the BRIGHTNESS and I had go so mad I updated the app turned of my phone exited out of all my apps and powered off my phone and it STILL didn’t work so you know what it’s just a bad app and has LOTS of bugs that NEED to be fixed ASAP
