2024-08-21	MJ*****	While the whole concept of ExperienceIQ is a step in the right direction, the feature still seems useless and redundant. Not only is the wifi service incredibly expensive for such low speeds but my wife and I can’t seem to be able to do TWO separate tasks/activities simultaneously. When she’s streaming on Hulu, Netflix, etc… I can’t do online gaming without it looking extremely blurry & vice versa. Volcano needs to seriously improve their speeds (at a lower cost) or rework their entire infrastructure. This isn’t the 90s anymore. I can only imagine how incredibly slow and inefficient their service would be in a household of 4+ occupants. It’s so bad my wife and I are genuinely considering selling our home & moving just because of this.
