User Reviews

User feedback centers on a degraded experience after the Gigpro-Qwick merger: fewer visible shifts, a new matching process that limits choice, frequent bugs and update issues, unreliable notifications, onboarding/app confusion, and long unreimbursed travel. Overall reliability and access to gigs have declined.

Pros

Cons

Post-merge with Qwick/Gigpro reduced shift availability and visibility; users report not being able to see or pick nearby gigs.
Frequent bugs and unstable updates (including update prompts and glitches when clocking in) hinder usability.
Direct offers/notifications are unreliable or expire before action; shift mappings don’t reflect offers.
Merge caused confusion about which app to use and onboarding/data transfer issues; accounts merging is unclear.
Gigs are located far away and miles aren’t reimbursed.

Wish they would bring this platform back. It worked.

Ever since the merge I see little to ZERO shifts. I’ve done the w2 still nothing. I was previously able to use this app to supplement income while I’m in school, the opportunities completely disappeared after the merge. So disappointing.
