Listen, most days I love this app and the fact I can get my coffee right to my desk but the app itself constantly glitches and doesn’t accurately reflect my reward points, or even let me finish an order, without clearing the app and restarting or deleting and redownloading all together. Coffee is great, app is awful.

It doesn't update and doesn't make it clear what's going on. It's been 20 minutes since my listed eta. I don't know what's going on. Would be cool if ETA was reflected and I had an idea what is going on. now I'm wondering if I'm out of 7 bucks and no coffee to show for it
