This app is terrible. Despite saving my username and password I must go through the process to create a new one every single time I need to use it. This is the worst, least intuitive, most clunky, piece of garbage app on my phone.

Just got my card and was required to use this app - which I cannot use. Followed prompts, thought I had created my account with password, but I can’t log in. So I tried resetting my password - I don’t get any email for it. Tried registering again, it says my card is already registered.
