By empowering people through technology, the Birmingham Police Department will be able to better protect our county. This app is not meant to be used to report emergency situations. Why do other police departments show actual crime information while Birmingham provides only statistics? I feel horrible about the double shooting across town, but what about the burglaries in my neighborhood? This app has little use.
