I’ve been dealing with this problem since I’ve mistakenly purchased a year subscription for this. I need a VPN for school and this was a good option that was provided, however I can’t use it anywhere but the device I purchased it on which is my Mac. The problem is that when I try to login to the app on my iPhone or iPad or even Mac to manage my VPN, it’ll sometimes send a code and when I enter the code I will get another email that says this email isn’t associated, when it’s the exact email I used to purchase. I can use the restore from purchase feature but only on my Mac, it doesn’t work for my iPhone or iPad. This has all become a headache I just want to connect my email to my account so that I can login on my iPhone and iPad.

The VPN itself is good but only works on Mac and on my iPad. I can’t get past the sign in screen on my phone because the hit box on the “next” button doesn’t fit.
