I downloaded the app and was show a welcome page and a place to login. No where on this was there a signup here or join now. So I put in my email and password I was planning on using and it gave the there is no account with that email. So how are we suppose to signup? And if this is ment for business only the it should be implied as such. Also it might be in your best interest to put a link to your website so people who might have a need for your services don’t give up and go elsewhere like me.

So this may be pretty obvious, but making an account isn’t free. They don’t mention this anywhere in the description, and this app isn’t listed as having “in app purchases” but that’s because TECHNICALLY there aren’t any, because you have to visit their website to create an account, and it’s on the website, not the app, that they offer you a 14 day free trial and ask you to subscribe. This makes complete sense, however it feels a little misleading to not have this any where in the description, or even list anywhere that you have to visit a website to make an account. Leaving 4 stars bc I ended up not setting up an account, but don’t wanna leave a bad rating when it could still possibly be a good app. TLDR- App is only to log into a pre-existing account, and accounts aren’t free.

The screens do not display properly on the iPad - the Inbox is partially covered by the left menu column and the messages are unreadable. Totally unusable.
