The Energy Vault Max app has been designed to enable both distributors and installers to monitor the EVEREADY® Energy Vault system.

Distributors can

• Provide high level and in-depth summary of all EVEREADY® Energy Vault systems.
• Create Installer & end-user profiles using unique Invitation Codes.
• Generate daily, monthly, and yearly energy system reports.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting via access to system Alarms/Errors/Faults.

Installers can

• Connect using Cellular 4G (LTE) for quick system setup and verification
• Configure working modes & related system settings.
• View real-time solar generation, grid & load consumption and grid feed-in.
• Troubleshoot faults on-site and resolve system errors/faults.
