I was an early adopter of this app and even met with developers in the early days to provide user feedback. A couple of months ago I got a notification that the app would be discontinued and no longer supported as of June 2026. Fine, my annual subscription had just renewed and would expire in May 2026. Then, a couple of weeks ago the app stopped working saying ‘my subscription status could not be verified’ and telling me to pay again to regain access. Ummm NO. I contacted customer support and still haven’t heard back.
