User Reviews

The app is popular among car enthusiasts and offers 0-60/quarter-mile timing and a G-meter, with some users finding it accurate. However, timing is frequently unreliable and start timing is ambiguous, with several reviews calling it off by seconds. Users want additional metrics (1/8 mile, 60-130), CarPlay, and better data management. Practical use is hindered by mounting/orientation issues in cars. Overall, the concept is solid, but real-world results are inconsistent and reliability problems are the main pain points.
Pros
  • Offers 0-60 and quarter-mile timing.
  • G-meter function works reliably.
  • Enthusiast-focused design that appeals to petrol heads.
  • Some users feel the app is accurate and solid overall.
Cons
  • 0-60 and 1/4 mile timings are frequently inaccurate and inconsistent across cars.
  • Start timing is unclear or delayed; no reliable manual start control.
  • Missing features such as 1/8 mile and 60-130 timings; no CarPlay support.
  • Cannot delete individual readings (only option is to clear all history).
  • Phone mounting/orientation in a car can affect readings (vertical positioning is hard).
  • Some users report needing an OBD2 connection for accuracy; results vary by vehicle.

Tried it, was like 3-4 seconds off. Awful. Had a 0-60 of around 3.3 and it said 6.3. None of these apps work fyi. Get a draggy.

Wish it had 60-130 and 1/8 mile as well, but other than that, it’s a solid app.
