Giant Ear - Tiny Hearing Aid

Giant Ear amplifies your hearing on iPhone by increasing the volume of sounds you hear. Use headphones to act as a portable hearing aid anywhere. The app uses a two-screen interface: the first screen includes an equalizer focused on core human-voice frequencies and an advanced tone setting to adjust pitch for different hearing needs. It also supports background playback when your phone is locked.

The second screen lets you record any sound and share it through common apps. The free version includes time limits and ads; you can remove them with a one-time, lifetime purchase—there's no subscription. Note: there may be latency with AirPods and tone settings not centered; for best performance, wired headphones are recommended.
