I really want to like this app, but the user experience needs a lot of work. The biggest frustration is that I’m constantly being logged out. When my son is in school, I have to sign in multiple times throughout the day because the app doesn’t seem to remember my login for more than about 30 minutes. It’s incredibly inconvenient. The messaging section is also difficult to use. Teacher updates and messages are formatted in a way that’s hard to read, making it easy to miss important information. Another major issue is notifications. I don’t receive notifications when teachers post activity updates, so I have to keep opening the app and checking manually. Overall, the UI feels outdated and unintuitive. The app makes simple tasks much harder than they need to be. I hope the developers invest in improving the user experience because this app is an important communication tool for parents.

I’ve used it to make payments for my student. I haven’t had any challenges with it over the years.
