The application works well. To scan the QR code you have to line your phone with the green dot of the scanner and hold there for a few seconds without moving. It isn’t instant. With that said, the readers seem to accept credit cards by tap. So with a credit card or Apple Pay it is not needed.

I bought 10 tickets on app & they don’t scan on any bus, at all. (I have activated them). The bus driver was actually screaming at me when my ticket wouldnt scan and I was trying to explain that it wasn’t working. Lol a horrible experience. Edit: I have now been emailing with them for OVER 2 WEEKS to get a refund and they keep telling me to supply them with a phone number that is associated with the ticket. I give them my phone number and they told me a new number is assigned on validation. I have no idea where to find this and have emailed back asking multiple times and they keep completely disregarding my questions.
