i first reached out in early june about some funko problems ive had, and they finally decided to ask what the problem was a whole 2 weeks later! I responded with pictures and further explanation. Now im here waiting a whole week again with no response! i would not recommend buying from here in general, the lack of customer service is sad.

I sent them multiple emails about questions I had and how they did not respond over the five days they say and then they canceled my order when I started getting upset with them and expressed my feelings a little not cussing or anything just expressing my feelings of about my order and how they weren’t answering my questions correctly and then since I paid with Apple Pay they had it on the wrong account responding

They always ship quickly and the products come in in flawless condition. My go to source for funko pops!
