Recent reviews

Using the app’s biometrics to log-in use to work around 50% of the time, now it’s down to zero…it doesn’t work anymore. And yes, I have updated the app to the latest version. If this issue continues, I will switch to another company.

poorly operating app that serves one fuction and does this without any useful features other than a balance report. ther isno graphing,nocommunication features and doesnt do anything close to what financial apps of more features and less overhead do. the app is low, and suffers from tedious forced updates that offer no visible improvement.

Victory Capital has terrible service and poor financial returns. Their app is difficult to use and their web app is even worse. They experience frequent technical difficulties that prevent me from viewing my accounts or even accessing my money. They have terrible customer service that is unhelpful. I am in the process of withdrawing everything from them and they are preventing me from even doing that.
