It boosts sound with advanced audiology corrections, applies noise cancelling, and tunes output to your audiogram via Apple Health imports, the built-in Pure Tone test, or manual input. You can save audiograms and sync with Apple Health for ongoing adjustments, giving you a personalized listening experience on the go.

In addition to amplification, the app offers live speech-to-text in up to 50 languages online and 10 offline (online transcripts currently limited to 1 minute each), plus recording and saving conversations as transcripts or audio. It includes voice boost with NAL-R, Pogo, Berger or Half Gain rules, and, in development, AI features for better voice isolation and left-right balance.
