I have downloaded the app and went via first 28 screens. I marked that I am a male, yet choose your body type shows woman and all other screens do too. Finally close to the end it tells me that woman over 40 should aim to this and this … I have not even started but it is already hell a confused onboarding.

Transition time and poses than make sense for transitions are non-existent. Voice instructions often do not match the pose shown on the screen. Many advanced moves are included in beginner plans.

This app is billing me and I can’t find a way to cancel the subscription. I’m not calling it a rip-off but I feel that way.
