Random Music Sheet allows you to generate an unlimited number of random, unique and beautiful music sheets or flash cards. The generated sheets may be used to practice sight-reading, study musical patterns and for composition ideas. The sheets may also be played back and exported as PDF, MusicXML or MIDI. Various music sheet attributes may be adjusted namely:

Number of measures/bars (1 -200)
Time signature: numerator (1-16), denominator (1, 2, 4, 8, 16) e.g. 2/2, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/8, 9/8, 12/8
Key signature (All keys e.g. C major, F# major, A flat minor)
Accidentals
Rests
Note duration (whole, half, quarter, eighth, 16th)
Show note name (C-D-E, do-re-mi etc. )
Dotted notes
Staffs (Treble, Bass, Grand)
Staff starting and ending notes from A0 to C8 (88-key piano range)

I think that this app has a lot of potential for solo instrumentalists to work on their sight reading, but for any harmonic work this app does not help. The harmonies are always completely random and never stick to any chords, chord progressions, scales… plus the notes don’t line up properly when using two staffs at the same time (aka grand staff). Hopefully this gets further worked on cause this would be a godsend to all pianists out there

I have been using this app for a few weeks now and really enjoy it to the point that I felt the need to post a follow up review. After using the first version I sent an email to the app developers with a couple suggestions and within a few days they updated the app to include some cool new features. Awesome team at Ketan App. You can now rename the sheet music, have a finer adjustment on which notes will be used in the random generation and a new zoom feature. All of this with a simple and intuitive UI make this an awesome app for practicing playing music or sight reading. Thanks again for all your work and efforts!
