Later our scanner works excellent I have an iPhone 12 Pro and was very pleased with everything

It doesn’t work anymore? When I try to scan, the screen just turns black. The app thinks it’s scanning but then when I complete the scan there is nothing captured. I tried to contact support but got no reply.
