I’ve given quip four years and bought every toothbrush in their lineup—from the cheapest to the most expensive—trying to stay loyal and hoping it would finally work. It never did. The entire point of this product is syncing and tracking, and it fails at both. Bluetooth is unreliable. Apple Health integration barely works. Devices constantly fail to sync. I’ve factory reset more toothbrushes than I can count, submitted multiple support tickets, and never received a real fix. At this point, it’s not a bug—it’s the product. I’m done. Switching to Philips today. If you’re buying this for tracking, don’t. This is one of the most unreliable app + hardware ecosystems I’ve ever used.

Good for noting when you brush your teeth. I just wish we could add multiple brushes. I have an electric toothbrush and a manual toothbrush. It would be nice to choose which one I use on the app!
