I wish I could review this app but since I can’t log in and have reset my password multiple times to no avail, I guess I’ll have to buy this program somewhere else. I don’t see any place to get a hold of someone to help with my password issue.

I am a Student of Arti and was working on my Utah Real Estate license, until at about 30%, and countless hours. My account froze and hasn’t let me log back in. No customer support, if you go to their customer support page on their website, there are no links, emails, or contacts for help. I have spent tens of hours(~80) already from this course, as well as taking my time pausing and jotting good notes. Good app until they have 0 structure and support for any problems.

When I can get the app to work, it’s great. However, it logs me out every time I close the app, then when I enter my username and password (which I know are correct), I get a pop up message saying “Login failed!”. It’s extremely irritating. Last night I had to change my password in order to sign in, and if I have to do that every time I want to sign in it’s not worth using.
